Intermediate Construction Manager, Danica Chambers, has become MCS’s first Health & Safety Awareness Champion.
Justin Whiteman, Managing Director, said: “Since Danica joined MCS in September last year she has proven to be highly enthusiastic and safety conscious, she understands and follows safety protocols and guides others to do the same.
“All MCS’s Champions are dedicated to improving the operating function of MCS and are available to provide internal advice and support, with the aim of driving innovation and improving on best practice.”
Danica will assess the current status quo of health, safety and wellbeing and will work with the leadership team to define how the business can continue to improve on current best practice, to ensure MCS maintains its market leading edge.
Danica will promote, mentor and share her knowledge with colleagues, for the benefit of all.
