We are delighted to share a major milestone in the development of SuperVettura's highly anticipated new hypercar showroom.
The construction site, formerly home to an old car showroom, is now transforming visibly, with the shell structure complete. In the past couple of months, substantial progress has been made, including the completion of steel work, carpentry roofing and staircase installation.
This achievement paves the way for the next phase, which includes the installation of roofing finishes, the first fix of M&E, dry lining, and the commencement of external cladding - starting with the sides and rear of the building.
While the project has presented some challenges, including modifications to contract drawings - such as an extended front slab to accommodate a wider Weeeze frame and additional steelwork not included in the initial plans - these adjustments were smoothly implemented thanks to the strong collaboration between KB Architects and the MCS team.
Set for completion in 2025, this extraordinary showroom is designed to redefine the luxury car-buying experience. We can’t wait to share this groundbreaking space with you. Stay tuned for more updates.
