We were delighted to close the site for a short time yesterday to welcome a magnificent Koenigsegg hypercar onto the footprint of what will be a stunning new car showroom.
Working in collaboration with BONDS Project & Commercial Management, KB Architects and Morph Structures, MCS has demolished the existing old car showroom to make way for a new high-quality environment for the presentation and sale of luxury brand cars; including a whole floor dedicated to showcasing the Swedish hypercar, Koenigsegg, for which SuperVettura is an official UK Dealer.
Once complete the new building will have a two-storey glazed façade to the front elevation and render to the side and rear elevations. Internally a minimalist, neutral and sustainable material palette has been selected to offer a ‘museum’ like concept upon which to display and showcase the cars with a rotating car lift to greet and attract visitors on arrival into the exclusive space.
The upper storey of the hypercar and supercar showroom will house the ‘Koenigsegg Experience Centre’, showcasing the Koenigsegg model range, both current and historic.
Works are due to be completed during the 1st quarter 2025.
