MCS Secures Place on £2.7bn Framework

MCS has been appointed a place on London Construction Programme’s Major Works Housing Framework MW24, within the category of: Lot 1.1 New Build £5 - £15m.

Commencing this month, the new iteration of the framework, will continue to support the authorities procurement for the construction and maintenance of its local housing stock.

The LCP framework, led by the London Borough of Haringey, was established in 2012 and currently has a membership of 52 local authorities. The new framework replaces the LCP Major Works 2019 Framework, which expires in August 2024.

Justin Whiteman, Managing Director at MCS, said: “We are delighted to have secured a place on LCP’s Major Works Housing Framework and look forward to working with our local supply chain partners to deliver essential housing works across the South East.

“Our appointment to this framework is recognition of our success as a trusted construction partner. Not only does this framework encourage efficient procurement, but it also helps the industry to adopt a collaborative, best practice approach to all works.

“Our team are looking forward to collaborate with our Client’s, Alliance Manager and other Supplier Alliance Members to ensure we all achieve tangible benefits for local taxpayers and also deliver meaningful social value benefits, tailored to ease local pressures.”
