We are delighted to announce that the beautiful Eversfield Care Home, owned by Elizabeth Finn Homes, is nearing the completion of its stunning new extension.
In close collaboration with Dalbergia Group, DAC Architects and CWPM Consulting, MCS, along with our design team, MB Architecture, and CTP Consulting Engineers were appointed to lead the D&B of this impressive two-storey addition.
The expansion adds 18 en-suite bedrooms, two sluice rooms, two nurse stations, and a clinical room to the existing facility, enhancing the care home’s capacity and services. In addition, there was a large external works package and alterations within the existing home.
The new 654m² extension features a traditional masonry structure of reconstituted stone facing blocks, pitched and flat roofing, timber windows and doors. The home remained fully operational throughout the construction.
This extension seamlessly complements a previous extension completed over a decade ago, preserving the architectural integrity and complementing the original Victorian mansion house that gives the care home its distinctive charm.
Located in a serene, leafy neighbourhood near the heart of Reigate, Eversfield Care Home combines the comforts of home with spacious, thoughtfully designed en-suite rooms. The new extension upholds this standard, providing a comfortable, welcoming environment for all residents.
We extend our thanks to everyone who contributed to this marvellous project.
