We are thrilled to announce the award of an exciting new project at Linden Road, a Victorian villa-style residence nestled in the heart of Leatherhead and located just a short walk from the prestigious St. John’s School.
Working on behalf of Surrey County Council and in close collaboration with project team members Macro and MacConvilles , Linden Road is set to undergo extensive and sensitive refurbishment to restore its original charm and retain its historic architectural integrity.
As the villa has fallen into disrepair in recent times, this essential project will address the property’s pressing structural and aesthetic needs, with issues including decaying brickwork, damaged windows, and deteriorated rainwater goods. MCS will approach the refurbishment with respect for the building's heritage, while ensuring the integrity and functionality of the home for years to come.
This project will bring the Linden Road villa back to its former glory; making it safe, functional, and efficient new home.
Works are due to commence in November 2024.
