Working with the late architect, Ken Major, MCS was appointed to restore the Grade II Listed waterwheel which was built in circa 1835 and stands at 36 feet diameter and 2 feet 9 inches wide at Serpentine Lake in Painshill Park.

Following the successful completion of this project, MCS was appointed to undertake the extensive waterproofing and structural remedial works to the Grotto and also refurbishment works of the charming cottages on the Estate.
