This design & build project involved extensive piling and substructure works, steel frame with propped 4th floor feature office area, composite insulated roof and wall cladding, feature staircase, refrigeration equipment and cold room stores, and finally full office fit out works.

The unique site is located on top of a bank overlooking and close to the boundary with HS2 station and boasts magnificent, elevated, views of Wembley Stadium and large parts of London.

Extensive ground remediation works were required to remove asbestos and then extensive ground engineering works to construct a retaining wall to the site perimeter were carried out followed by foundations for the new building.

All these works were completed on a live, busy and compact trading estate.
