We were delighted to deliver a further project from fashion retailer Boohoo Group Plc in Great Pulteney Street, London, W1.

Working in collaboration with Markwick Architects, CTP Consulting and QED (Consulting Engineers) Ltd, MCS was appointed to carry out the comprehensive refurbishment of a modern 5-storey office building, occupying a prominent position, in the Soho conservation area within Westminster City Council.

The project comprised the refurbishment of the ground and basement floors to form a new showroom/function rooms as well as the creation of a new feature showcase display area at ground floor level. 

​

The works also included toilet refurbishments and the creation of new fire protection lobbies to the first, second, third and fourth floors, as well as the creation of new meeting room facilities at first and fifth floor levels. 

​

This refurbishment provides a brand-new state of the art space for the global fashion groups in-house studio teams.
